I just ‘discovered’ these downloads as I was re-listening to the webcast. Obvioulsy I have to listen to it again: there was simply too much info to absorb all at once.

And judging by the dearth of comments here (TY for the downloads Josh), aparently a few other people missed this in the webcast as well.
